Step
1 Send e-mail requesting an actual date to
test; you will receive confirmation to test on that date or if that
date is booked a list of available dates 7 days ahead and behind
your requested date.
You need to provide a contact phone number where you can be contacted to confirm your test date or In case there is a change in the testing schedule. Step
2 After receiving a confirmed date fax
Front only of your approved 8610-2 form
( this is the form FAA signed off listing your experience or school), Fax # 229-245-0042.
Step
3 you will receive a call 24 hours prior to your
exam date confirming you are testing the next day.
Step 4
Arrive at hanger D at 08:00 the day of the test with the
following. |

to bring
1-8610-2 forms
2-passing written
test results
3-Photo ID
4- Examiner fees in
certified funds no credit cards or personal checks accepted.(All tools and supplies for test are
provided.)
